At the end it comes down to flavor. We know the thca is there so when we make a decision on what to dab it really comes down to flavor imo. I like them both rosin or badder depending on what I’m craving at the time. Just like having a drink.
Which brings me to this question, we know rosin is low thc content, why does it get you so stoned compared to a high thc extract? We know it’s the entourage effect but yet we still go off of potency numbers. Why? I feel there is a misunderstanding of what gets you “high”
I think you have a great point regarding the unknown but also feel like potency could be just an easy metric to correlate a price even for the educated.
Same could also be said for the nose vs terp results as well.
Bro I hit some rosin the other day from my buddy that had me blown away. I know it was a whole nug extract so that’s step number 1. The puddle it left behind was a lot more brown than any of my oil. I’d like to compare some rosin nug run vs bho nug run from the same strain.
Let me see if i can find the results for my test at the meet-up. I think it was 85% total 75 thca? Lots of cbg-a which most extracts crush yet I’ve had a lot of “I haven’t been so fucking high in awhile” comments from that strain
Thank you, bro! I was so fucking proud of this when it happened - I knew I was rolling the dice doing it in front of people but it felt good. First time I can say that sentence without having risked an indecent exposure charge.
Here’s some jealousy badder I made,. I’ve got a few lbs of fresh frozen I need to run to hash, I just haven’t had found the time to do it yet, I got my freeze dryer last week so I need to try it out soon.
