Live resin cryo dry sift. This was the 73um

I only used a 25 73 & 90 as it was a quick run getting an idea for the yeild on a trim run with this. Next runs will have no leaf matter, that’s why I typically run 8 bags

what temp do you press it roughly?

Warm the dies until they are almost too hot to handle bare handed, but can still be handled bare handed. If you get them too hot let them cool to touchable before you start pressing. Heat gun seems to work best. Back in the day it was set on top of the stove or in the edge of the fire.

Helpful tip(s): the thicker/larger the puck/slab the more pressure (bigger press) you’ll need. Also, don’t press in a bare die. Getting it out will be a bitch. Ziplock bags work well for lining the inside of the die and will peel right off a cooled slab.

badass. i have a resinator that can sift 10lbs of bud at once and inject c02, it makes some fire ass terpy kief i think it would work great for this. you ever try a rosin press and parchment paper?

Yes, material from a resinator will work well. Smashing hash from that machine would be my preference for making rosin.

yea i make good rosin with it but i want to try to make hash like you’re saying but with modern equipment. i meant just heat the rosin press to like 150-180 then wrap the kief in parchment paper or ceran wrap and lighly press it, bend it, repeat

I’d love to see new equipment make white, bubble hash. Then press it using old skool pressing techniques with modern tools like @TheFire210 describes. Then more old skool, roll into a ball and massage until the terps bleed out and create that beautiful sheen. Then age for 2-…? months and voi la white temple balls :ok_hand::100::+1:

That dude (frenchy) is very knowledgeable but honestly 2 of the 3 times ive seen his aged hash, it was slightly moldy in the middle.
I think hash should be aged no thicker than 1/2" -3/4" thick patties tbh, not in “temple ball” form

i didn’t make white bubble hash but i tried it out and made some bomb ass kief hash :metal: still has the terps you lose to the water bubble hash

Dry ice sifted, that was a terrible batch tbh didn’t know the bag had a small rip, but the procedure is very easy to do. Dm me I’ll send you a write for it

Parchment paper works very well (two sheets above and below) to get it out intact from a dye.

If the quality is high enough, it should not be heated. Hand warmed at most. Even simply pressed by hand. The color quickly darkens so if one wants it white, I guess it should even be “freeze pressed”…
