you have to create relationships as a processor. I have no need to seek material. I have multiple brands and farms that feed a facility and with just a little bit of knowledge, anyone can succeed anywhere.

The biggest problem I see with most weed businesses is organization, task management, over investments at the beginning, lack of innovation and simply NOT PAYING PEOPLE FOR THEIR TIME
I train my people so they can work for me and treat them well so that they stay and donât go elsewhere.
Things like salaries and health insurance will change the game for an employerâŚ
