Oh and a recording

No, just the original batch. Lab of sand is the kca tested product. Kenk previously sold scammer spice as thcp

Somehow Kenk then got working with lab of sand and that relationship ended today publicly.

I have never sold spice. Like many others, I believed that the chromatography from Spectrum Labs may be legitimate. Someone I was associated with from past dealings bought from someone I know who invested in this chemist. The buyer tried the product and also thought the test results were legit and loved the product. The buyer turned on me because I could not force our shared associate to refund him his money. He offered to refund him the value in Delta 8 or 9 and it wasn’t good enough. He thought I had the power to make this happen because I convinced a vendor who ripped him off to pay him back about a year ago by relentlessly chasing him. I felt bad. He is a small businessman. In that deal, I was a broker. Not in this deal.

I can’t even say it was spice. That comes from.John who was begging to make gummies for them in December. It wasn’t until he was told no thanks that he told Ken that he could take this chemists’ work, reverse engineer it and make it on his own.

I decided to stop working with John today for several reasons. As I have mentioned above:

  1. Something is wrong with the product. Too many people are saying they feel no effect. With people paying over $100 for a cart, I don’t want to be involved in pushing 1000 unit MOQ’s on a vendor just to have their reputation sullied and mine. More testing should be done before putting this on the market. Some people are feeling worse than nothing, it is making them feel bad.
  2. He has refunded some people already for selling product that didn’t work but he did bully them and others and threaten to ruin their business for talking about it as Freya can verify.
  3. People have asked to buy a pure gram or two for research purposes. He refuses. He says his IP is so complicated that it can’t be copied but he is terrified of people using this for any type of extensive testing. If you want to buy his “real THCP” his MOQ is 14 grams for $7250 at 31%. What the other 69% consists of depends on the day he is asked and who he is asked by. If I had great product that I felt couldn’t be copied, why wouldn’t I want sell jt to people who want to verify my findings?

How he treats his partners, potential and past customers shows me this is not someone who is trustworthy and he knows the product is not ready to sell. He just needs the money. I have 4 decent sized companies that said they wanted to buy this week but I could not in good faith continue to back the lab or it’s products. When he told me a lab closed a deal for him, that helped me make up my mind. It appears he may have lied about this too.

It is not like we weren’t warned. He was fined for fraud in 2013 and banned from being a company officer. He has a real convincing story about how that is all a lie too. Unfortunately, he settled and it is all public record.

I thought I had partnered up with someone who was a reliable chemist who aimed to make the best product possible.

Because he could get out of paying you for information I share for free.

I feel like a broken record here but we have a partnership agreement with him to be paid on all sales. We are not brokers. You giving out information for free would only help us. These people already had been sent one of his samples and had the lab’s name and yours. I am not sure why they still needed information from you since more than one person who works for that group has been talking to John over a month.

Do you so have Pure Iso’s written permission to share with John that their product tests out at only 3%?

Ken was working with Lab of Sand but you have the other piece wrong. 1000 carts were made by a lab whose name is mentioned above and sold to a vendor based on chromatography results and the buyer testing it and liking it. John says it is spice, I don’t know what it is but I didn’t sell it or profit from it. Just like I don’t want to sell Lab of Sand’s product. Enough people have told me that it doesn’t work as it should for whatever reason. More testing should be done. This is NOT ready for market. There may be some thcp in it but there is a hell of a lot of other stuff too.

@Redfirejulez we didn’t share that information. From what I’ve seen it was shared to people via email and on social media by the company themselves.

Edit: of course, it was shared to John by @KenK. Should’ve known, silly me. See his post below this. What’s with all the info sharing and then trying to blame little old KCA Labs?

I still don’t understand why I’m brought into this.

I don’t think anyone is slamming you @kcalabs

We have talked to your lab before and have the upmost respect and have always trusted your work.

With that being said, As a respected testing lab you have a level of unsaid power and authority. Aligning yourself with someone and against others, when you don’t know all the details implies that you are not a neutral party/lab.

Im not saying that is true. I don’t think thats the case…but thats what it looks like reading this thread.

Based on first hand experience, and based on what I have heard from multiple other sources, I truly believe this could warrant a class action lawsuit against this chemist (wouldn’t be the first legal trouble for him) Numerous people sustained harm in similar ways/suffered financial losses at the hands of and because of this person.

I know what Im trying to say is coming out wrong. Im just meaning youre a good lab. Be careful (for your own sake) dont align with the wrong people

As you can see from these texts. Kca labs did not share the information. Ken attempted, albeit badly, to get back in my good graces by claiming a conspiracy between sonex, pure iso etc.

Ken & Julie sent me the coa from pureiso, never kca.

It’s this sort of lying which is what cause us to dump you two brokers today. You’ll lie and brawl over a quarter.

Sorry if these aren’t in the right order, I’m trying to do this from my phone.

To reiterate, you are attempting to disparage kca when you actually created a new fake user to get the coa from pureiso, then claim otherwise here.

Both Ken and Julie sent me these. Ken did first, then Julie sent the email.

I had no way of knowing what pureiso had submitted.

The trouble with the point you’re making is, we are impartial, which means we don’t align with anyone. I only make introductions between people requesting connections. We don’t seek out the matchmaker role.

People see our COAs in the wild and want to be connected.

Clearly there are sociopaths rampant in this industry, so I appreciate the kind words you do share and offer the same advice.
