Nothing compares to a VTA IMO if you have the money
Chemtech is solid as well
chemtech is probably my favorite…
beaker and wrench also makes very nice wipers.
theres also HVE
ive ran a vta for awhile and it was nice pulled very tight fractions but theyre very expensive and for what they cost it wasnt very fast.
what kind of throughput are you looking for?
I personally am a huge fan of the stainless units coming from china!
Wich brand is best ? Chinees stainless treuput
10 L per hour ?
Does anyone have experience with across international model?
Rumor has it toption is the one creating all the steel bodies for the other Chinese companies to rebrand.
I’ve absolutely gotten a few 12" China wipers to do 10+L an hour. One of the 12" was turn key. Heaters, chillers, vac, gear pumps for about 190k total.
None of it was UL listed but worked great
This isn’t a rumor it’s a fact
I got 6-7 liters an hour off the 6 inch toption unit at extractech, a 12" has 4x the surface area so in theory you should be able to get 4x the output if it’ll feed fast enough
Do you know the max feed on the 12"? On the 6" it was around 10 liters an hour approximately
Chemtech FTW. 3 years of pretty constant use and it just keeps on keeping on.
That what I been leaning towards
I will never recommend any other system but a Chemtech.
Glass wipers are for the birds.
Chemtech ftw
Lots of people make stainless bodies now. I wouldn’t buy glass
Setting up that new lab extraction guy? Lol.
Yes I am an extraction guy!!!
Love this place!
Take one of my chemtechs we have a KD6, kd6 dual stage, kd10, and a kd30 avail.
All certified as rebuilt and 6 mo full warranty, 1 year limited.
What’s difference between kd6 and kdt6
Too big
