Depending * I’ve had ptfe gaskets all over my system besides my filters I use the Buna n Gasket filters. They warp over time yes but they’re also pretty cheap to replace so it’s a give and take kind of thing. Just don’t use the warped ones and think you’re being 100% safe is all.
Maybe don’t tell them it’s for marijuana, but hemp instead. It would probably require actually getting a hemp processor’s license to show the bank. Then after you get the loan and the equipment, you decide that hemp isn’t for you anymore. As long as you pay the bank, I doubt that they will be looking into what the equipment is actually being used for. Just an idea, and I know it’s not that simple, but it wouldn’t necessarily be super hard to pull of either.
Wish you were closer could use that soni xan get eid of this px1
Yes, bizzybee has financing.
Im planning on ordering one of there crc units. How long did shipping take for you
Homies based out of California. Got here in less than a week
Hey GM, same with ETS as IronFist. If a component needs to be ASME I assure you it is fabricated by an ASME shop. There is no exception to this rule for ETS. We only work with fabricators in the states, all ASME work is 100% done by ASME shops. Just searching the ASME register for manufacturer’s names does not offer you the complete picture. If you have any questions feel free to give us a call to discuss.
Very true! Bigger systems are broken down component by. Component and sourced from many places. Does Apple make the iPhone? No they have several companies make parts then other companies assemble those parts then the made phones are packaged elsewhere and then another set of companies does logistics
If you want to the absolute most research on this, you have to start at the beginning.
step one is call the manufacturer and ask for a photo of the complete unit with the tank Stamp prominently displayed and zoomed in on
Then you research the manufacturer of that tank and their credentials
And then this thread shows the rest and I learned a lot along the way so thanks everyone
How are you liking it ? I want to set one up for a client because it’s turnkey and in their price range
It’s legit. No complaints
Sounds incredible, can I take a tour?
@ETSgang im not sure what your obsession is with the quick disconnects maybe they are pricing but the rebuilding them constantly is a joke. Also the fact you’re charging $25 a bag for o rings that can be purchased at Home Depot for $2.99 a pack is pretty obscene.
Are they swagelok or the ones they installed on the jackets?
I dont work for ets.
Both are trash but the swagelok ones have the most issues. Constantly needing to have the O rings replaced
You always have the option of bypassing the quick connects as well, it is EPR’d as quick connects, direct hose or hard piped (typically with a flex-line.) We do not recommend quick connects if you are running cold.
yeah, most of the newer systems these days run manifolded inputs for vacuum and inert/hotvapor push
No reason to run the QC fittings.
uh what? who doesn’t run cold?
yet you guys don’t hesitate for a second to sell people systems complete with disconnects without ever mentioning this. I worked for 2 labs that had non stop issues with the quick disconnects.
i always knew your company was a joke, but this is next level. you guys are lucky you got into the market when you did, there’s not a single seasoned extractor that would ever recommend your system over others.
Man, I’m sorry obviously you’re upset with my team’s communication. I was tagged in a post and I answered the question. Tech specs have changed over the years on multiple designs. We have manifold options we design and fabricate, hardline options available, custom work in process for multiple clients. As designs change/improve or more options become available we work with PSI to add to our reviews Once we EPR a change we typically communicate through the legacy base. I personally apologize if this was not the case, you can always reach out to me direct if you want to discuss or have any frustrations in the future.
