it don’t need glaze to prevent from oil leaking into center post.
@tonystark
Thank you, thank you, thank you… I have known about the ceramic dust, it is almost as dangerous as asbestos! You are the only cart maker who I have heard address this safety concern, even with words! So you are doing us a great service. Thank you. I will look into obtaining your carts in Canada.
These look nice. What material are the o-rings/seals made of?
Boron nitride follows diamond. Is this boron nitride, iron man?
It is interesting to read hypothetical scenarios and see how mis-informed everyone is on this thread. The Center for Disease Control has been investigating the “vaping crisis” for a few months now. Multiple articles by the CDC have been posting keeping the public informed on the findings and protocol they have gone through to collect and test cartridges. As of now the only similarity in tested cartridges is the presence of Vitamin E Acetate, a common additive to the products in the industry.
Blockquote
Recent CDC laboratory testing of bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluid samples (or samples of fluid collected from the lungs) from 29 patients with EVALI submitted to CDC from 10 states found vitamin E acetate in all of the BAL fluid samples. Vitamin E acetate is used as an additive in the production of e-cigarette, or vaping, products. This is the first time that we have detected a potential chemical of concern in biologic samples from patients with these lung injuries. -CDC
Although this is a promising discovery in the vaping epidemic, there is not one confirmed compound or component of the cartridge that has led to hospitalizations. Below is a link to the CDC page on this topic. There is a plethora of information from a reputable government backed organization.

medical silicone
No Boron nitride
So your ceramic does not follow diamond in hardness. Boron nitride is actually perfect for this application, but is too expensive for foreign factories.
The main meterial is same to artificial teeth ,i don’t know excatly which one is harder ,Maybe you are right Boron nitride? Also expensive .
Boron nitride color is black ,not suitable for making a white cartridge,The boiling and melting points are lower than those of snowman’s material
0.5ml SNOWMAN is available now
Please explain your polishing process in detail.
@tonystark it’s true, they have not said the vitamin e acetate is causing any damage, and in fact, if they are finding it as a whole form, if anything that’s pointing it in the opposite reaction of caustic substances that apparently are causing the damage. If they found straight acetate, that would be a different story. They have said nothing other then it is a “chemical of concern” meaning they are investigating it, and that it’s in all the lung samples tested so far. They have not once said that it is even capable of doing the damage being reported, or how it might cause such damage
What are you talking about tony.
Cubic Boron Nitride is a white powder with a melting point of 3000c.
You lose ur iron man designation tony. Real iron man knows materials science
hahaha all right i search in googel and compare the difference with the one we use ,it shows me Cubic Boron like a black rock. Iron man is my favourite role~ haha i wish i can as smart as iron man so i can develop a recyle using battery without charging annd people just need to pay for the cartridge once they buy my battery they can use it whole life
I’m under the impression that vaporizing and condensing anything into your lungs is harmful. Maybe we should encourage people to, instead, eat their carts than vaping them. Food grade cutters and terps were designed to be eaten, not vaporized. The number one thing we can do to save people is provide high quality information about the products we provide. People are going to do what they want and we need to make sure that we provide the safest options for consumption.
Eating glass and metal is never the safer alternative.
@qma are we talking mohs hardness or g/cm³ density
Titanium diboride is actually more dense then a diamond or c-BN
Also c-BN is not always powdered

Now I am Iron Man
Mohs. As far as his statement, nope, he said follows diamond in hardness. Not the hardest, just aftet diamond. Thats boron nitride (-hexagonal). Starts as a powder, gets fused into your basic ceramic.
You mean cubic?
Vaping is faster than direct consumption,I’m referring to the fact that the lungs absorb the cbd more quickly than if it were eaten directly
