If you Decarb the shatter the original terpenes are lost you can try and seal the container

I’ve decarb so much stuff lately. , Plenty of flavor left.
A bunch ur terps will be gone but the main base ones must form some kind bond an be stuck
I decarb raw oil that taste good all the time and load into vapes. Still has loud good flavor. Not plain smoke like disty AT ALL
Shatter will have the least taste but you’ll still taste it fine,esp if terpy good tasting shatter

1/2g and 1/2ml are pretty damn similar in this case.
Given a density essentially the same as water (and extract).
You used 1/2g of PG. and one gram of extract. That’s a 33% cut no matter how you look at it.

Bho crude is lighter it seems than etho or hexane crude
Maybe the winterizing step takes out light weight waxes and fats wich are still present in bho crude if not winterized ???

Did we say lighter…how much does 1lb bud weigh,now grind it up and how much does it weight. Lol I had long argument with someone about this.

Waxes and lipids tend to be lighter then water so that could make sense
