Vape jet is worse company ever

Also we were told by whoever was supporting us to clean it up and ship it back so you guys can refurbish it to resell my mistake for not coordinating with you guys, but if it was damaged why even fix it why not just return to us?

Imma butt in here and interject that I was able to convince them to properly wire for this operations previous (and other companies) locations. All you gotta do is refuse to sell them any more equipment until they fix their facilities. If I’m doing that diligence with $6,000 machines, I cannot imagine not doing it with $36,000 machines.

I love the pre-sale process, because that is when I can turn people away without realizing a loss. I say that because even if someone doesn’t take the machine out of the box and just returns it, I’m out shipping and processing fees when I refund them. I have also received unprompted returns and really did not like how those refunds went at all, but I still processed them.

What really shocks me here, is that with all of yalls back and fourth (a year later) you offered a 25% refund and went so far as to mock the intelligence of the people you have not refunded, and then post it publicly. I personally would have avoided the situation entirely.

The whole reason they started working with yall in the first place is I stood firm on what I viewed as poor decisions and refused to compromise and continue to sell machines and consumables when a company wouldn’t take what I viewed as sound advice. They got to experience the alternative to cart farm. Convecticum told them no as well.

Cart farm:

machines that outperform in any environment with any operator

i second this… i havent had that many 100K+ sales in this industry. Those customers that have spent 100K+ definitely are taken care of with the white glove treatment…

That was certainly another way to handling it… so if i have this correct… @ola just sent all 4 machines back to @VapeJet with no RMA… then vapejet salvages what parts can be saved… and refunds nothing?

Im wondering what computer components cant be saved in those machines… i really find it hard to believe in the salvage value in these things…

who dont love the cannabis industry?

I fill a ton of stuff in the foam and press caps 80 at a time under the vape jet press (100 510 for, 80 pods) right in the foam

Never needed a jig

That’s great. If it works for you that’s what matters.

I asked one of the employees involved with the filling machine about that. They had an issue where waiting for a whole tray of 50 or 100 carts led to clogging. They would fill 20, cap them, and then fill 20 more.

Shouldn’t you pause the process first? Status screen up there says filling still

Demand they send the machines back in same condition you sent it in.
Sending 1 is not acceptable.

:sweat_smile::hear_no_evil:

They cannot refuse that, and if they do they are stealing or something else is up thats fishy.

How old were the machines?
What state are you in?

State of CA now protects buyers for up to 7 years after purchase for any complex electronic goods.

Vendors must provide easily accessible servicing, manuals, and replacements parts under new right to repair laws.

That includes quoting for damages before repairs have occured.

Machine 4 months old but waited 2 months to install as we were moving to a bigger location

As somebody who has sold and installed ten’s of millions to this industry, @VapeJet this is not the way to go about it.

Regardless of what people say on a message board, its never in your benefit to muddy the water and drag clients. Even though you disagree with the customer, there is better ways to handle this.

Wish you the best.
