You have had too many bad reviews for me, sorry, months ago I would have been interested, but ordering from you now sounds like it can be a headache if something goes wrong.
If you can setup a deal where u take the machine back if theres something wrong with it and fix it/or keep it, full money returned (shipping included), then I’d be down. But I’ve seen many reviews on your roto leaking and it seemed like it took months to resolve. I’m not that rich/patient to be able to have down time. These fires have been messing me up enough

Those who encounter problems are not the customers I am responsible for. They are the customers in charge of other people in our company.
If you don’t believe it, you can ask them if they are my customers and buy experimental equipment from me.
Of course, I’m sorry that our company didn’t solve their problems in time, but that doesn’t mean that I will give up the customers who bought the equipment from me, because the company also has other sales personnel;
So, I can swear that all my customers are basically satisfied with my service and I will not give up on them.
If you encounter problems, I will deal with them in time and provide after-sales service.
Sometimes don’t believe what others say, because it may be false
And why would we work with a company that allows their sales reps to screw over their clients?

From the horse’s mouth. I am still waiting for you to visit us an show us how honorable you are. If you think you have s good product I think you should send it for 30 days to be tested. If the customer is satisfied he/she pays. If not you pick it up on your dime.

Even if there not your customers( understandable) but your company its self has had man bad reviews from many people so it doesnt matter who the sales rep is if the equipment or manufacturer is the problem. Im sure you can understand, i have thrown away stuff that didnt work from china because its not cost effective to ship back to have fixed.

The truth is you keep dodging the issue at hand. Refund or send out the equipment.
