This begs the question though of needing a bunch of cappers to keep up with the fillers… how many leaks you get from carts not being capped quick enough… accuracy.
Are we doing an uptime competition? My vapejet has filled over a million carts without needing one repair.

I make 4-5 carts in 10 minutes using a glass 2ml syringe kit from cart.farm, $10-15 kit plus a scale to get exact input weight.
That should be the absolute worst to compare to the new auto cart.farm is releasing, but that’s how far we’ve come.

Sir, I would like to point out that you dont use auto fillers on 3d print trays because of the carts spilling into the coil and changing fill lines. This is what im talking about. Maybe we can fill glass carts so that they can be uncapped indefinitely
Where did I mention 3D print trays? We’re all talking about filling in foam I thought?
They suggested filling and capping. I replied that filling and capping screw tops with only one operator would lead to leaking (flooded coils). The 3d printer styles being the vapejet and the thompson and duke autofiller

I worry about the caps not being fully sealed due to my fingertips getting sore
Found a good amount sealed but not fully sealed so it started oxidating
Need more than myself to cap them
