So if you had a 35lb bio run capable column how with a 150lb collection vessel ASME cert on both you wouldn’t consider that caring about safety both having well 12” & larger
Larger in scale needs larger in condensing down from the column. That’s like all the industrial units, not everything on those is 6” full bore through n through, you just have to make equipment accordingly & service it consistently, maintain the safety, don’t let it fail from the start.
I have a 24 inch manhole on my oven its rated to 105 psi.
Look bro idk why you insist on trolling so much lately but we are talking about closed loop safety. For anyone out there with anything bigger than a 6 inch triclamp on a bho rig, this is a warning to reconsider 
I’m not trying to troll, if you see it that way from me asking question for a legitimate situation that someone who also may have the same style unit as what I’m asking question for can see this & see why you would/wouldn’t want to use one. Quit getting so bent over it, just trying to discuss why you wouldn’t want to use them is all & see if there may be something practically logical to be stated. Not just oh quit asking questions obviously all these manufacturers wouldn’t be ,asking equipment larger than a 6” bore if they’re weren’t considering safety measures. But to each their own, I just wanted to see some science behind why you prefer not to use larger than 6” is all.

How about this, find me a peer reviewed system that uses something larger than a 6 inch clamp for propane

It is & runs1-2” LPG quick release hoses as well.
If I could remember how to spell this it’s the much cheaper one from China too much thicker quality steel.

This is something I’ve been wondering since I first started learning about all of this stuff. I would think that collars would be on everything in lieu of sanitary tri-clamps

The only times I’ve had issue with nuts is when an operator torqued it without setting it first. The clamp should already be sealed by the time that nut goes on.

If I had a picture of the system that is at the shop there, it’s all tricclamp not manhole like that. That’s how the overseas was.

I just recently purchased my first loop, but definitely something I will consider when I get to the point of leveling up. But my current loop has no bigger than a 6"vessel anywhere on it
So youre comparing a China knock off to the atlas one?

I’m saying the China knock off was better lol it had the exact design purge labs runs now before they updated the atlas to that lid I ran both.
Only thing purge did better than the other one was the maserating stand didn’t hit the handle
