i know some guy from FTL , One canada company , their engineer come to my factory and talk with me for 5 years, he learned our technology and hardware, very impressive with our technology and hardware,
I can not agree with you that you say the finished products are flimsy and have shavings falling out of them once they arrive in NA, this is totally wrong, we use strong package to ship and hardware are packed by foam, all the hardware passed bump and variation test, no your phenomenon, we sell millions of 510carts and hardware in USA.
Fair enough man, yes Ivan visited your factory recently during one of his trips to China and he had a lot of good things to say about it.
I was talking about our experiences with these carts a few years ago, and based on our experiences we went a different way.
Now, he didn’t get to test any of your end products while there.
What he reported, to your credit, was an above-average facility in terms of SOP’s. You guys were doing a good job of keeping your facility clean, the staff protected, and the air ventilated with covers over your part bins and appropriate cleaning tools at various stages.
All good things. But none of that guarantees that the end product experience is now different since we don’t know how things looked 2 years ago. I’m not trying to bash you, I’m speaking as unbiased as I can.
But I made all that clear in my original message, that we found your facility was good and that things may have changed since we first tried out the units.

He told me he is very busy and has no time to test these hardware .
Maybe you have tested our hardware 2 or 3 years ago, i do not know what is your experience about it , but now , many items has been updated because we have good and mature technology, so these hardware performance is very very excellent now . maybe you can talk with ivan to let him try asap or i can send you some samples to try .

Hi dear bro Jeremy thank you for question. We do our best to curb bat infestation among factory which currently at largely contained (this infiltrate 98% of vape cartridges brand equipment hardware factories like @lawson, Alphagreen, etc. deal with unsuccessfully) which with comply local law. SYG model itself after many successful American company like Amazon. We very much the same except for long shipping time, poor customer service, but poorly pay employee. Many thanks.
