First off. There are no experienced techs where I’m from. I have to make them that. So I get to choose between the lumber store guy the waitress girl and the other guy that worked at a tire shop. Exactly what do these techs deserve to be paid? More than a diesel mechanic? More than an airplane mechanic?
I appreciate your feedback(not really) but it’s so out of touch with reality it’s comical and shows alot if you for the inexperienced petulant children you are. Have a great day being mad the world doesn’t stop everything to attend to your individual needs.

If your boss can’t do your job , then you can flex a little harder. If your boss can do your job, and better than you, you’re a commodity.
There are jobs out there where you aren’t a commodity to your boss but think about it, you need to learn a skill that has a high barrier of entry to learn. That’s not an option for a lot of humans but if you’re on this forum you probably have more opportunities than the randomly sampled human.
Don’t fill a commodity role if you don’t want to be treated like a commodity, sadly.

And wonder what the price tag would be if it s even possible the filters that catch the palladium have to be emptied and recycled

Oakland Cali, swing by some time. Our custodian alone is getting paid $22.50, they all get raises every so often as well. Got a tech at $25 that’s very new to the scene and learning as he goes. Will get $30 once he’s ready. Don’t start a business if you can’t afford it.

@Roguelab you have to understand when I say cannabis laborers I mean the farm workers, the sock packers, the dishwashers, the drivers, the bubble hash washers, the packaging team. They are as @qma said “starry eyed” employees who think they deserve 35 an hour for busy work. By all means the bho tech, and any hazardous or high skill job should get paid more. I just paid a complaining friend 35 an hour to wash hash and then after I paid him I said I never want to do business with him again
