Decarbed as normal and instead of a semi clear product as usual with a slight yellow. This is alot darker.
When cooled it turns a lighter yellow color (That is cloudy as shit) but turns into a hard puck.
When reheated turns back clear.
Doesnt seem to be the sticky stuff that usually comes from melted isolate.
Is it just not fully decarbed yet or did I get scammed?

Im hoping its just the container I had used, but everything tells me something else.
I have no idea what this pebble āisolateā is and why its so dark and unpowdery to begin with, then melts dark and clear, and cools yellow butter consistency.
Going to drive me insane until I figure out what happened, Running another sampleā¦

at first glance It looks like an isolate that was not washed well, so thereās still trace amounts of other noids from the starting material making it darker/sticky and ball up like that. For it to be crashing out like that after heating would make me consider that it might be cut with cbd, or cbg. Cbg isolate has a slight soft/stickiness to it, I imagine that could prob make that balling effect as well. But i would more so bet itās just a lower quality isolate that hasnāt been washed.

Was labeled THC-A Isolate, and it is clearly not.
Looks off, smells off, melts off, cools off.
Im actually bummed as hell, I had finally gotten saved myself enough to order a ~100G order after months.
I will wait to see what they say come Tuesday about this, not sure how a business just ACCIDENTLY sends 60gs of the wrong noid and labels it correctly.
Best case I get some free, (CBD/CBG) What I suspect this is, and they ship out a correct order.

Wow, Iāve ordered isolate from 2 vendors so far on here. Tuesday or so I plan to buy 1kg from a different vendor on here. Scary to imagine being sent the wrong thing.

THCA Powder Oxidizes very easily and will actually create a bit of a tint as well. Obviously Trepanier minors will give that yellow tinge as well. When decarbing you must do under pressure and also transfer under pressure or do a nitro fill on container itās going into to ensure little to no oxygen.

It looks like THCA that has fats/waxes in it, as someone else mentioned. Just wasnāt cleaned up perfectly.

it definitely didnāt go back to the solid powder it started as. maybe they didnāt decarb all the way? Also THCA that has been decarbād gives nearly 100% THC which is a very thick, almost hard oil depending on the room temperature.
Could definitely be CBD or CBG but donāt rule THCA out.
Vendor is in the process of replacing it,
