This method is what is used to make the majority of the THCA and CBD hash in Europe right now and is the only way to produce product at the pricing the market expects currently and still make good margins.

The videos below show the same 40% isolate brick from the first photo after curing in cellophane for 24 hours so you can have an idea of how the consistency is able to be manipulated.

Once you understand the process it’s very easy and forgiving, you don’t need any experience to understand the process.
Any batches that get fucked up can be salvaged by blending them again and pressing them again to reset the color and consistency.
Usually 3-5 days is the timeframe needed to setup the location and equipment and then run your team through 2-3 runs from start to finish so that your team feels comfortable and confident with the process.
Because the required equipment to produce smaller scale (1-3kg per day) is not large I can fly with most of the equipment needed when I come out to train you.
All I’ll need is space the size of any good size bedroom or living room and 2 tables to work on each table roughly 2 meter x 1 meter.
And the room ideally 15-20C and not carpeted floors and it can get messy so you don’t want it to be in an area that can’t be lined with plastic on the floors and a good carbon scrubber/Hepa filter 2 in 1 air circulation unit helps keep smell down to a minimum and keeps any residue in the air cleaned up

If your feeling handy, line any dead/empty space in your equipment that you can with silicon as it massively improves material buildup, clumping, and insulates better then almost any material if you arnt actively chilling the walls or vessel
Triclamp and NPT plumbing connections are also your best friend for locally sourced DIY changes to equipment not specifically designed for your application.
The use of bentonite is to add weight to fluffy cbg pollen kief there is no way one can fill a # 8 bag with 25% d9 mixed in with cbg pollen

I don’t understand your point exactly people just think they have to use fillers to get certain consistency’s and you don’t you can get most styles without them. Most SOPs people I meet are using tell them to use silica or something like that and it just be like a last resort option not a first choice standard process.
Bentonite clay shouldn’t even combust so it’s not all fillers are actually being inhaled or technically hurting people but people are not the smartest and start using all sorts of fillers without any understanding and that’s my main point

Now when you insist on a format size then maybe one has to la mouse consistency in à la mouse sized bag #8 with cbg
As for terpene retention they do hold longer with a filler
As for mouse consistency a mix of d9 and crd works BUT one needs to search for the sweet spot every new batch of crd arrives since viscosity of crd are many reason grapeseed oil or 1.3 propanodiol is used instead

If this 200kg 60kg gets ditched since they where only for r and d wich i deduct from taxes
The right machines to make hasj don t work on 100gr samples you need to run 1.5kg at least

That’s true. It was more of a rant against so many people who were just following recipes telling me they had to use this filler or that filler but couldn’t tell me why. You don’t HAVE to ever use fillers but yes it helps save time and lower cost that’s true
Yeah see that’s the difference is not one of these people knew ANYTHING about what they were using, they are claiming it’s both real product AND 100% natural product. On top of all of that they had no idea what or why they were doing they just would claim over and over that they HAD to do it that way.
Hence my mainly stupid people directed anti filler rant.
Can you elaborate on the 1.3 propanodiol haven’t heard of this. Same application as grapeseed oil? Just getting that dryer sandier texture ?
What’s the research say about combustion point and inhaling grapeseed oil vapors? I’m curious
