it’ll come down to lawsuits state to state but most of the big guys are not going to stop and are already set up for their legal arguments or just outright keep running until there’s enforcement which will take time.
Even shipping internationally I don’t see a switch being flipped at customs even it’ll all take time especially how do they treat a lab continuing to operate under states rights that decides to ship to Europe ?

there is no jurisdiction in Europe where manufacturing any THCA products is legal, let alone for commercial purposes. in DE, this carries a minimum jail sentence of 1 year.
additionally, doing such consulting with the knowledge and intent for a third party to distribute such products in Europe would likely also be considered a crime.

There is i work in facility that is licensed for production of technical grade thc or thc-a products that are only produced for outside of eu customers

On average the profit on this hasj manufacturing piatella is 1000-1400 euro per kg
No other product gives more bang for your buck from a custumer point of vieuw
