There are no special internals my dude. Only difference between this and every other reactor is the heating fluid is cicrulated through a stainless steel coil that enters from the top of the machine and surrounds the stirring arm. The jacket on the exterior just maintains a vacuum it doesnt circulate any glycol. Just a conical 70L stainless vessel. She’s running right now or I wouldve opened her.

Only because your name Is so dope hahaha, Excellent book. Shes running right now. I’ll post internal shots on monday when I get back to the lab.

Thank you Sir! She’s nice looking that’s for sure.

For that many clams you’d think they’d give you a better rack than that extruded albatross

The “harmonic” in the name is based on the interesting fact that they felt like it was a cool sounding name. Aka complete bullshit
100% it’s just thermal degradation in some stainless steel tanks that you could pick up and rig to heat transfer for a few thousand bucks.
$500,000 is a tax on those who didn’t do their homework

That’s exactly what i was saying. They picked harmonic because it seemed cool to hippies who love to go on about vibrations and quantum physics and misattributed Tesla quotes. Never had anything to do with it.

Putting that aside though, let’s talk about how this actually works. I decarb in a reactor all the time and it never makes t-free. So what parameters is this operating under that makes it effective?

Excellent question @MagisterChemist

130c for 12-15 hours. Stir. That seems to be it :man_shrugging:t2:

Under vacuum? What’s in the 55 gal drum?

I think it’s just water, they claim the thc ends up in it but why thc would partition through air into a less favorable solvent is a bit of a head scratcher. Also why it would vaporize before CBD is another glaring question. Basically with all the BS of claiming harmonics plus what sounds like bs partitions and vaporizations the answer is clearly the device is a massive green tax at best, and at worse a complete bamboozle

Well if all i need to do to remediate thc is heat to 130C for 12 hours then I’d happily do it. But I’ve done that before and it didn’t do anything.

It’s 12 to 15 hours at 140 degrees C. And don’t forget to stir.
No more spoons for you!
You are going to have to figure out for your self which chiral direction and how fast to stir to release the harmonic sonic goodness.
Don’t forget to return the spoon to the bin on the way out. LOL.
Could’nt you just make us a membrane to get rid of THC? I would suggest a serial membrane winterization, remediation, then desolvation skid sequence. I’ll be first in line. Take my money please!

Just checking that this system doesn’t use a modified version of acoustic wave separation? Have seen this tech work in biotech, but on whole cell particle size. Cannot imagine it can be applied to THC remediation, that said acoustic wave separation is still very cool.

I’m working on it lol. But that’s a good 2 year project at best

no vac. tap water in the drum. he claims you have to use RO if you want to reclaim the THC portion.
