I suggest reading the laws they are trying to pass federally and researching how big pharma has lobbied to keep cannabis illegal. If you don’t think this is an IP war against big pharma then I guess we will have to agree to disagree.

All you have to look at is how the money played out in Illinois. Even if just the laws are structured to have high barrier of entry it’s going to favor big pharma buying everything up, even if it wasn’t directly handed off via corruption or lobbying (which it likely would be and is.)

Unpopular Opinion: we have reached the point where @TheFeds no longer care to enforce THC laws.

It reminds me of when California basically stopped enforcement of cannabis laws circa 2014.

If you are making too much noise or are causing other problems you MIGHT be targeted for enforcement.

If you keep your head down and quietly take advantage of this situation there is probably good money to be made. Shit grey is my favorite color lol.

However there is definitely still risk involved but I would say less or equal risk to operating under Prop 215 back in the day.

Enforcing Federal law is now our 2nd tier mission, first tier being enforcers and censors for the woke mob running DC right now.
