Tacos, solenoids, hubbles, and heat

Hey everyone, don’t know if anyone running a setup like this but I have a 16 gallon hubbell water j1816 heater that’s being fed from 3gpm water (75f) tap (r/o) to fill tank, heated to 130f then downstream is a taco circulator vr3452 right before heated vessel. What’s the optimum way to release the heated water, while pulling new water in? Should I install a solenoid valve to taco relay (input/output)?

Why do you want to throw water away?

This is traditionally set up as a loop. See eg: Hot water heater

Taco pulls from tank, pushes through vessel & back into water heater inlet.

Where it is heated as it goes round in circles.

Only time that 75F feed comes into play is when you’re filling the system or have a leak.

Edit: if you want to heat/chill/vacuum insulate the same vessel(s) eg to How to get cold butane completely out of material column?, I believe @Graywolf ’s schematics for doing so are reposted around here somewhere.
