I really think MDIs are the future. And pharmaceutical grade 134a does exist.

Hmmmmm. Iāve been curious about this for funzies. Trade for cannabis derived terpenes? Or if you are in Norcal I have some HTE :).

I think the best product to make with this method is a pre-roll.
Grind up 1 pound of material and remove all stems.
Divide material into 2 half pounds.
Place 1 half pound over a parchment sheet on a vacuum oven tray. Set the 2nd half pound aside.
Dilute the distillate in ethanol. (approx 30 g distillate to 15 ml ethanol)
Pour solution into a spray bottle made for spraying olive oil.
Spray solution over the half pound on the parchment paper.
Purge sprayed half pound in vacuum oven for 24 hours at approx 125f.
Remove half pound from oven and combine with the other half pound you set aside.
This should ācoatā all of the sticky-ness from the infused half.
Send out for testing
Modify ratios based off test results.

How much decarb is going to take place at 125F for 24hrs? That temp is close to where we run our belt dryer at and we seen 30-40% decarb in a 2.5hr pass.

Once the ethanol is mixed with the disty it becomes more difficult to purge off.
The purge time my be overkill, but I want to make sure all of the ethanol is removed.
The disty is decarbed as well. I am not really concerned with decarbing the THC on half of the weed.
The other half of the material is untouched and still contains all of the flavor.
The additional decarb caused by the purge should add to the āstonedā experience I assume the OP is going for.
