thanks mate, it taken a long time to assemble aswell, almost 2 years with minimum income ( spendin it all on this livin on a rock since, its been SPD Rocky assemble training movie, keep going keep going. cant say i own anything other than this than a 2014 mac computer and my dog, no tv or even a couch.

Using the 2liter mantle as a temp gauge, the prope it had sealed Tight being bigger unlock the others i had, f u thomasscientific

Trust me… I know the feeling. I have been putting mine together now for about a year. I’ve got everything except a cold trap right now. Well, I don’t have a chiller/heater recirculator for hot condenser tek, but one day I’ll have the money to spend on it. Hopefully…
Edit: I’m a disabled vet on SSDI, so money is slim. Even more so because it’s winter and all my side jobs need to be done higher temps. So… it’ll be a while

70C ~ or so from everything I’ve read. There’s ways of being able to do it without a recirculating heater/chiller, I just haven’t looked into it because I don’t have anything to distill anyway…

@Capttripppp write to David About the cold trap or if need any small bits.
Look at @rowan diy oil Bath etc. But would advise to Hunt the auctions or ebay for a chiller i got my julabo Fp 40 for 500euro delivered .
I Hope you get there as me, do you have a full bore setup or oldschool
2L Lab Society Old School setup with a 3 way cow, but that’s not awful had to change. Just need to change the the cow to a single.

Sweet, hit up @david Thats like 250$ for a trap and setup for hot condenser, he does ptfe aswell, Will need a few things there, you can also do your SPD as solvent Recovery

When the money is there I will do it. For now, I’ll keep creeping on all of the for sale ads on here and hope that someone will take pity, and offer me a cold trap for a steal. Finger’s crossed!

Seems like prope outside boiling flask possible on only a 500ml setup isnt that accurate, I’m at 275 on the mantle and been steady on 156 head temp. Have the head foil rapped completely too
Could use a longer prope those shitty mantles, only reach halfway in so decided to put outside instead of dealing with vac issues, only have one of those that close tighter when screwed on the prope so decided was best used on head temp.
Pulling 10microns right now.
2nd run Going here, pulling 1-20mic whole run on Davids Glass.
Head temp 160-166,
Condenser 70c
Got the prope between flask and mantle, reading 235, Thomas Scientific reading 264-274C
274C Also between mantle/flask, goes a bit deeper. Guessing the oil is About 230C
Using the heat gun constant blowing on head keepin it steady at 164C and having to put less energy/heat in the boilingflask to keep the 2liter head at temp on only a 500ml BF

Whats the best Terp ratio/viscosity with these, since made from kief i definitely Also have Some cbd in my disty, can see the streaks in the oil , so you guys meassure by weight or Mls @StoneD @square_root_pharms

@Ascent you sent me 1mls instead of 0.5 like i ordered, i only planned in doing 0.5mls, cant really use these atm. Need the 100pcs 0.5 I ordered, needed to go client soon and try to move them, but find out all is 1mls
