Great material. I don’t poses the test results but it tested clean for pesticides residual solvents etc.ill post one I did with Crc, haven’t done many shatter slabs with Crc just because clients are asking more for thca diamonds/sauce and what not.

Okay so I was under the impression that the mol seive only function properly when your solvent passes them in gas phase.
I was also under the impression that the way my recovery pump works is by compressing the gas into a liquid as it passes. I then chill that so it stays condensed in my recovery tank.
I could be wrong, and would love correction if I am, but wouldn’t that make a mol seive placed after the pump decorative only?

Coming right out of the pump the gas is hotter than it was going in. You need something condense the gas. The pump just pushed it one direction.
Guys it seems the colder I inject the more soupy my final extract! Its last years trim and very dry and and finishing dark in color!!! So I put a stall dewax, and let sit for 2 hours, in 48" x 6" jacketed, (pretty sure I saw coagulation after about a 1/2 hour) but I let it sit! The dewax cleaned up the extract to an immaculate beautiful orange, Holly shit!!! at about 60% yield, but it is more runny then an easy egg after 24 hours purging cold>hot i still have soup!!! I should have turned it into diamonds, I could tell it was water at harvest, but good lord if I can’t figure this shatter nonsense out with some sort of consistency I may just well go crazy!!!
Just add solvent back to your resin and jar it using OTSS tek👍 To grow some diamonds, if you can’t get it to slab out. Or you could whip it, to a more sellable product type

How was the trim stored. If much of the THCA has => THC you won’t get shatter or diamonds.
That 60% yield might mean you dropped much of your THCA out with your dewax. Which would be consistent with your observations…
Water like consistency at pour, very thin and the same consistency I have been struggling with most dry material runs. Dewax this time was a new technique, I usually only cold inject through a large coil in a dry ice iso bath into my material chamber (no dewax like this run) When i cold inject I make a far superior product in potency, yet fail every time in achieving a shatter consistency! The colder i go, the more soup I make???

Bad batch of gas I literally had to distill 120# 10x through to eliminate a slightly detectable odor that is gone now and does not come out in final product?
My trim is just not willing to shatter?

The material could be decarbed
So I hit the waxes in the dewax chamber with hot gas while it was still under an iso bath! I manged to make another wash filling up the dewax with another 10lbs or so of 70/30 this time warmed through the coil on injection! It rinsed the rest of my yield off the waxes accounting for the missing % yet somehow still leaving almost all the waxes in the filter! That fraction turned to stable shatter!!! ???

Seems unlikely considering people make shatter out of winterized EHO all the time
