Santa Cruz fires

best of luck with what you’re doing out there man, stay safe. My heart goes out to all of you guys affected by this, and especially the poor animals. It’s good to see you taking such initiative and putting yourself in danger to help others. Respect!

it seems like humboldt is seeing its turn for fires. This morning the sky is a deep smokey orange color. No sign of the sun I thought it was like 4 am but its 8 am.

Be safe

Sounds an awful lot like what’s happening for us in Oregon. Pretty cataclysmic, if you ask me. I have a number of friends who have been evacuated, including @cyclopath, who’s house is directly in the fire’s path. 35,000 acres burned in 12 hours. At least 2 entire towns are complete losses. Pretty hard to breathe outside, it’s raining ash, smoke so thick you can’t see 4 blocks away… I grew up in socal around some of the worst fires in the west, and this has me far more worried.

If anyone up here needs help, hit me up. My truck and I are ready.
