And I had lighter material and he asked for it to be darker. He got what he asked for.
Iāve seen 1st pass this dark. There is nothing wrong with it necessarily. It may even be 85%.
Does it crystallize?
Lastly, is that photo before or after you tried mixing isolate to it?!?! It pisses me off that you ask for something, I deliver to spec and then you come on here and light me up. The last text from you was how much you liked it and how great it worked. Perhaps if you have a problem next time you handle things the right way.
Yeah I didnāt see it or I would have addressed it.
You also sent him a isolate coa at 85%bnorhing for disty, thatās the reason I asked for your isolate coa as I wanted to see if you were being dishonest myself as he came to me asking who to buy from & I of course obliged with @Thetetraguy @MinkLoafs @Mosaic_Co-Labs& a few other well trusted members, the op came to me for advice on what to do & if you think this is anything close to disty please put the spd down. Also the coa for the isolate he has, is 3 different cannabanoids as an isolateā¦ hmmmmmm
You also never sent a disty coa I received one for 99.45% isolate & a full panel for bio mass which you told ,e you donāt even do full panels. So whatās really going on? @Hempure
Looks like someone added a metric fuckton of beta carotene in there.
It looks like what comes from extracting pre-extracted material and then running the extract thru bentonite.
Lets say the distillate is okay. Whats up with the isolate man, Its got chunks all up in it. I know no one would do this over $200, especially when starting out. But there are other factors in this.
The lab results from Iron lab have pictures of isolate in it that looks like the one i got (with offwhite yellow chunks in em) I tried making tincutres and there is wax/lipid floating on the top, from what I can assume.
like i said before and in the image i added. Yes the effects are great, but it seems like it aint what was advertised.
also no its the pic of the disty as is no isolate mixed in.
He said the isolate coa 85% is the one for disty but it was mislabeled
Sounds like slick talk to me.
The COA sent to noob was for disty, they labeled it incorrectly and he didnāt ask for one for the isolate. I swear I told him that when we discussed over the phone.
Iām sorry I didnāt send you more of what you were looking for as far as a COA goes. I thought you were looking for more general info and I thought we would discuss what you were looking for before I sent a bunch of COAs that werenāt necessary. To top it off I slept all of 3 hours last night so if I didnāt have my A game this morning I apologize.
I feel I have been here long enough and have dealt with enough people to at least have earned a text stating that he has questions about the product. He literally emailed me yesterday raving about what I sent him. This is very frustrating.
Iāve been up 36+ hrs & can comprehend information fine. Iām sorry that you misunderstood, but the fact remains that is NOT distillate
Also whatās up with the numbers not being correct either?
What other unknowns may be in there as it does say tfree disty above, but you have cbdv? Left over byproduct from the catalyst? What bp can I take this oil to if I were to get some & do a pass on it? I only ask this as there is a company that does a tfree sop out my way that you cannot distill their oil back over 108c, they have a catalyst that hides the Thc till distilled & it also happened to show cbdv & cbgā¦ also same color & bad taste. Just curious
Just answered a DM from @HempNoob. Waiting for a response.
Iāve said it once, and Iāll say it again for those wayyyy in the backā¦ have a sample sent before purchasing. Float it in methanol and see what transpires. Iām sure @Hempure would have no issues fixing the issue. Just like when (canāt think of their name) but, someone bought 150 kilos of isolate and it turns out it still contained lipids and such. They got it worked out. Lesson learned on both sides.
It just baffles me at how quick people jump in on putting people on blast without trying to fix it themselves. You knowā¦ like adults. @Bret_HoneyGold accidentally sent me a sample of T-Free instead of the isolate I ordered a month or so ago. Complete goof. I didnāt blast him for it. He contacted me and explained he sent out the wrong thing. The problem was fixed and I will do business with him again. If he would have not fixed the issue, THEN I would have said something on here. If itās not up to your standards, reach out and try to get it handled.
But, this is the internet and people like to bitchš¤·š»āāļø
This forum is a fussy bunch, but i love it.
That is true.
This virtual schooling, work, moving into a new house, more workā¦
I have a tendency to be a bit of a dick myself at times
*note to self: Make sure people have made every attempt to correct the issues before hopping in.
Still something seeming fishy here.
I know heās new in the game (farming end, not so much) and had a lot of stuff shipped out to be processed all over the place because he knew nothing about it. Some good, some bad, some put in a dumpster. Heās got a new guy helping him and Iāve helped him on his filtering process and to tighten up on the isolate within the last two weeks. Not sure if any of those products were prior to the āinterventionā or notš¤·š»āāļø
And using Iron Labs from this point on is a HUGE NO NO for me. Iād trust my high to give me a more accurate lab then them. Especially after getting popped for purposely altering labs for certain processors here in Michigan (which Hempure was unaware of).
Youāre pretty much right on Heisen. The batch I sent was from a lab I used out west for a short time. I would have preferred to send him some product out of a batch that was done in CO but again he requested ānot lightā product.
Next time I will add a photo back and forth so there are no surprises.
Again, a simple text or call would have made this a whole lot easier, especially since I was told the product was great.
Noob, I will send you a refund.
Transparency is gonna be the best tool in any slanger belt, Iām sure all of us can appreciate you stepping forward & taking the initiative to actively take care of this.
For your customer service I shall recommend that, but please get a proper coa so you may not be liable for any discrepancies to save yourself from these situations in the future. I do wholesomely believe you meant no harm.
Thanks man. Refund sent and Iām going to have a drink!
