Sure, cell phone batteries can explode. Do you realize how many things people do on a daily basis that are much more likely to kill them?

Finally got some better photos to document the process my scrape removal.
I pour At this consistency(about 2psi is when I start to vent to open) to get as much out as possible. I scrape the sides with mainly the one side I poured from since most will be there. One scrape per section I don’t keep at it and agitate it, you’re looking for a clean go each time . Notice the small sections only a couple scrapes.
This is the collection after scrape, like they said you’ll never get everything out.
Already the scrapes are melting down evenly.
After sitting in vac oven ,no vac at 90f until melted uniformly.
Here is where I will start vacuum. Can’t even tell there was a scrape.

I’ve been pouring, but I love the dip tube idea; I’ll be doing that soon! This is a pretty much makes it work idea, but I read somewhere to use a piece of a tape measure, fold it back on itself and scrape away; it will contour to any of the curves that are hard to get to.

I love the idea with the tape measure for scraping the radii. I feel like that concept could be useful elsewhere also, gonna try that out.
Yep order a supoon. There are two sizes on Amazon and these are hands down the best scraper for the job.
The spoon “head” floats above the table when sat down minimizing mess, silicone so it makes great contact, designed with scraping in mind so there is a hard plastic inside the spoon head about 1/8” from the edge that makes it stiff enough to really scrape with.
This was the end product. I shatter most stuff but if it’s good I’ll throw it in a jar and sugar it up. After one flip

Your stuff looks great, I’ve never been able to make any shatter yet, the material I work with has too many terps in it, i think.

Some terp profiles don’t make shatter. Live shatter almost always is taffy like anyway. Some strains just nucleate and won’t make shatter at all. Ymmv.

Running colder, or prefreeze your biomass for more clear shatter that shatters super great at room temperature
I’ve worked w several clients turning their shatter from what urs look to complete see thru and extra shattery

A coil in dry ice before injection (or 2 coils connected in a series) will keep solvent super cold and like @StoneD aaid, freezing the columns the day before coupled with the coil will make you have colder shit!!!
