Removal of heavy metals

Hey All.
My boss has been asking me alot lately about running trim that has failed testing, the 3 most recent are pyrethrins, arsenic, and cadmium.

I am wondering how to filter these things out of the hash (hopefully inline). iv heard of filtering through magsil but Iv also seen that magsil only works to pull out water soluble containment and everything I listed is not water soluble.

I know the traditional way is to use a chromatography column but I do not have one, nor do I know how to operate one.
I saw on this post it may be possible to use T-5, DGC, Alumina - anyone have any input here? Also what is DGC short for I am unfamiliar with this one.

TLDR whats the easiest and cheapest way to remove non water soluble containments?
