You can get seeds from both of those breeders from attitude ive always got mine 2 weeks or less in Michigan. I49 had lame selection imo.

It seems like ig has been successful in sourcing. Is there any way to weed out the law enforcement or traps. What should I avoid when Instagram searching. I mean growing cannabis is legal in my state but I also don’t wanna get in trouble for buying seeds idk the legality being that or if right now it’s only between legal state to state for seed sales.

I’ve only ever ordered thru ilgm successfully. So sourcing off ig world be new to me

looked around and it seems this old thread might have to do.

The grower that I run pheno hunts for hasn’t come up with anything new and exciting for a while now. I am looking for a new source and Beleaf seems to have some interesting strains… any input??

Check out Anesia Seeds if you’re looking for “new and interesting” they just released a new batch of strains for 2023.

Ended up purchasing White Burgundy and Chimera #3 from Beleaf. customer service, communication, and ease of purchase was good

Germination rate was 100%. Now… the hunt is on for keepers

The Chimera is disappointing. Sprouted 6 seed of Chimera #3 S1 F. One manly man and two hermies. The three remaining have a few weeks to go but I am not impressed in the least. I will say when I contacted Beleaf to ask if maybe they had mixed up the order they said no but were more than willing to replace. Problem with that is why would I want to replace seeds that seem to be less than stable. Hopefully the White Burgundy will change my opinion.

Like an actual male?

Yup… not even trying to tuck or anything

Did you keep or cut him down?

I didn’t keep it, looking back maybe should have isolated and kept for the future. I don’t do any breeding so it wasn’t on my mind.

Dam Thats too bad, getting a non herm male from feminized seeds is like 1 in 100,000 rare, so definitely keep any of those if your ever lucky enough to find one again

I pretty much only run feminized seeds and have never seen anything like it. That is why I figured it was a mistake on the order.

Yeah its so rare to occur that its not really known about even to experienced breeders, ive only ever seen it one other time and that plant has hit legendary status in the Breeding circles, if you had a pop and get any seeds from the grow id be interested in running some tests, the herms will make fems but anything made with the male would produce regulars

not going to get anything in the way of seeds from that male, because it was actually front and center in the bay and I snatched it quick. A hermie in the back actually had some pods open before I spotted it. don’t know if it was viable pollen or not yet.

I have my hands full keeping up with patient demand, so I don’t really focus on anything but pheno hunting and production. In the past a friend with a large grow always gifted me seeds to hunt for keepers for him, but like so many… he went belly up. I was hoping to get some new genetics into the line up so I purchased a couple of packs from Beleaf and Humboldt.
