I recommended Corlee but he’s in Canada. Although for that many it might be worth it to reach out and pay the extra shipping.
Are you going straight through Superlok Canada? @pangea

Ive gone through corlee for my prices with peek.
The other without is through internet surplus suppliers.
I have also looked in to the socket weld adapters and been looking for some surplus swagelok pipe adapters for them, the new cheap ones are still pricey at $20cad per piece from titan. They’re not low temp either but like you say, good price and adaptability for a three piece sanitary, good deal no doubt. Seems kinda bulky for my manifolds, but its up there on my list of options. Big ups @SidViscous for bumping the link.
I agree, I wish there was a better option for pipe weld to compression adapters. I nearly convinced my lathe guy to make us up a bunch of pipe to VCO fittings once but we never ran them, probably could have made them for like $3/part even factoring the machine time. Not my line of business though
Edit: didn’t realize it’s only been about a week since I evangelized for used eBay valves on this thread lol, sorry
I don’t know why they only rate their 210 series with PTFE seats to 0°F. I’ve seen many valves with PTFE rated to -40 or better. That rating is also at 1000psi so lower operating pressure should allow lower temps. Some valves with PTFE seats will start to leak after multiple thermal cycles and need to be tightened again.
If you can afford to wait I’d recommend grabbing one and doing some testing before taking a chance on all 25. Hopefully somebody else will chime in though.
Ended up going with mostly the Peek seated half inchers and just a couple 3/4" ptfe for the recovery side for that true 0.5" bore.
Found a couple domestic and usa based superlok distributors that were able to beat Corlee’s price by a good margin.
Thanks for all the help and input!
Reviving this conversation with what might be a basic question, I’m based in South Africa and have dealt with various valves, including 1.5" tri-clamp butterflies and 1/4" ball valves (3-piece, 1-piece, and block-style). Unfortunately, I’ve encountered issues where they start leaking after a few uses, or the lever gets stuck due to gasket warping. I can’t quite afford high-end brands like Swagelok or Superlok, although in hindsight, if I had known about them earlier, investing in them might have saved me the money I’ve spent on subpar valves. However, switching to those brands would also mean converting existing fittings to pipe fittings, as NPT seems to be looked down upon by many in this community. So, I’m considering these valves from eBay, as well as the ones recommended by @SidViscous ; I just need to find a competent welder.
