Yeah, love my puffco, but tbh not happy with a few things….I bought an opal puffco pro around October 7th, 2021, by October 15th, 2021 I was having blue ooze coming out the charge port. I charge using there wireless base so the charge port was only used on the base’s first charge.
I file warranty claim immediately, use there prepaid label, they receive it, deem it faulty, but since it was holiday season they were delayed. I received my new base around November 22nd, 2021.
Now with my second replacement base, It was having battery issues, and started leaking blue ooze by January 24th 2022. Now I have already sent in my second base, but they are saying they can’t replace my opal base until they are done manufacturing more opal bases in April. I asked for other color bases or some sort of accommodation (even though opal is limited edition) and they can only replace my opal with a new opal base.
I’m not much for reviews, but I’ve only had this puffco in my possession for let’s say 6 weeks. After all this, even if I receive my puffco April 1st of 2022(highly doubt it will be on the 1st), I’ll be out of possession for a total of 9 weeks. So basically I paid 1000$ with all the other accessories (recycler glass, carrying case, travel glass, etc) to have it less than 6 weeks while it’s been in warranty claim the other 9 weeks.
I know they had issues and stopped shipments for new customers in December to better serve there current customers. But this is getting kind of ridiculous at this point. Maybe it’s just the opal bases? At this point they should be trying to accommodate more than just saying that’s all we can do.
Just my experience I figured I should share . When it works, it works great!

Have you tried Divine Tribes/ the new Core 2? I have a DTV5, and the thing rips as hard as a dab rig. None of the heart ache some of the Puffco users have.

Only complaint I have with my core is there’s no cleaning mode. The highest setting doesn’t do the burn off.

Just wanted to update my comment above, a supervisor from puffco has granted permission for me to get an indiglow base sent out immediately instead of waiting for the opal base.
I am happy with the customer service at this point, is what it is. I am looking into the core 2, i will post when i receive!

have you managed to use H2O in it?
theoretically it makes the game of “dab it where it lays” easier, but in my experience that seems to be hit or miss & required multiple “pre-heats” to get right.

Although I looked at it the other day and the white plastic seems to have discolored over time, doesn’t look great.
I’ve been eyeing the daab ever since @Sidco_Cat suggested it, just haven’t pulled the trigger yet!

How many times can THE PEAK PRO CHAMBER use guys？
Its not as portable but I dont think theres anything on the market that can top a divine tribe atomizer + mod box.

Yoo good look on the lookah seahorse. I thought i seen my buddy using something similar but ignored it cause i didn’t like the og nectar collectors but man I said screw it after I seen it on this thread and man im glad I did. This thing rips great and fits in my pocket.
I keep the puffco pro in the car completely now in case this dies but other than that the Lookah has become a daily used device for quick seshes when I can’t heat up the banger.
