Hit a button, watch pretty lights, inhale. I doubt many people need there site. The local head shops and smoke shops are a much better go to.
When they stop working after 4 hits an owners manual might be handy…

My blue ray player does not come with a schematic so I can figure out why it does not work. It comes with a warranty through the manufacturer when I buy it legit. Things break, sometimes out of the box. Alot of things do not break. There are just some unlucky people that need to utilize a warranty. Otherwise we tell the store clerk we do not want to pay for the extra protection plan. If you cannot figure out the functions of something a company will help you. If the device does not work at all thats something there techs handle. They do not want you taking the thing apart. That would void the warranty and thats not something a company will assist you with.
You’ve just gotta ask someone you know for proof of purchase…. Anyone out there with a puffco receipt they can send to @Capttripppp

Serial number issues? There is one on the bottom of these things. That might not match the receipt.

I’ve noticed some atomizers are tighter on it making better connections and I have had one atomizer the loosest one has had the blinking white connectivity issue once

Are the lights blinking white when you try to heat it up? That would be a connection issue between the device and atomizer. Will it not even turn on?

I think it’s a normal one which would probably explain why it’s broken already. It’s probably just the atomizer on that. They are notorious for failing.
Anything terps would crack the heating element on those. It’s pretty documented

They are a great device. Its very nice not having torches and unknown heat and terps coming in contact. I am not trying to come at you just stating all products have a failure rate. I am sorry you are an unlucky one. I enjoy my pro so much, I would love for you also to enjoy yours.

The issue with mine I have been able to narrow down to being a dysfunctional charge controller. Right out of the box the charging port was green. Still is, and I’ve never had it submerged in water, or anything of the sorts. Really disappointed in them. I made the point of mentioning the serial number, and that they could trace it to the batch my friend bought. Totally fucking lame
