Puffco? Iām seriously frustrated with their support. Like mother fuckers I have a brand new device that wasnāt stolen, and was a gift. But no help because I donāt have proof of purchase

I had a staff infection one time in a cut in my ankle (not mrsa though), those things are fucked.
And I thought it was a spider bite too, well multiple, had them all around the cut and then on my lower back tooā¦

Yeah Bro, just found this out. But apparently MRSA never leaves your system. Read about it, and I swear āspiders bitesā are an exact description of the recurrent sores

Puffco has a thing that if you do not pay the MSRP you have no warranty on your device. You need proof of purchase to show you paid full price. You can find these things online for $300 with a coupon code but that voids the warranty. I am good with my local smoke shop guy and he sold me the device as low as it can go without voiding the warranty. Alot of products are like this. If you buy it used, get it as a gift you cannot show proof of purchase. Kind of hard to take something back to the store without a receipt. I imagine if you call them they will help you in the way of running you through the functions of your device. If said device does not work thats when you have to send it in and they need proof of purchase before putting a warranty claim through.

Well there not taking orders for devices they cannot deliver. I would say thats pretty straight forward of them.

I wouldnt want to advertise on my site that you could possibly find my product cheaper somewhere else. That would be very bad business.
Except all the other pages about their units and their operations are down tooā¦.
And they come with such an awesome owners manualā¦
