I’m gonna scale your gummy recipe down to 1/4 the recipe and use 30g dry to hit .1g per dose of gummy. My idea was to just steep the shrooms in hot water, cool that water off and use it to bloom the gelatin

Exactly what I did, except i used 15g…so 50mg each…

FYI, I did an steam attempt. Sat above the boiling water for 5 minutes and the shrooms turned into blue mush. I basically cooked them. They were sitting in a strainer barely above the boiling water, which probably contributed to the overheating/cooking. I’ll try again with more space and less time.

How’d they come out?

They work very well…they tast like mushrooms… like shit to me… it would take a 5ml gummy for a somewhat palatable candy. Forget every infusing a full dose into a gummy without isolation of the goods. This is my take on your question…However, my wife loves them. She also loves all other mushrooms…

I put 2-2.5g in a single popsicle, don’t see why you couldn’t put an eighth

Just steep them in the recommended amount of water to add to a can of frozen lemonade, filter the fruit out and blend with strawberries or other fruit then tube/freeze

If I’m going to do a full dose…if I actually get to do a full dose (4 year old)…I’d do it no other way than add it to my coffee…
Definitely going to tast that… I’m referring to micro dosing…

The company that I have been dealing with offers 50mg micro-dose gummies, they also offer 500mg gummies, and 8gram chocolate bars. The gummies are literally the best tasting gummies I have tried to date (that includes weed gummies).

How do you eat your mushrooms?

Took 10g and steeped in 250ml near-boiling water, allowed to steep until room temp. Filter shroom water with coffee filters, put it into a blender with 150ml frozen lemonade mix(give or take) and two whole strawberries. Lightly blended until fruit was mostly broken down and placed in freezer tubes. I’ll try and eat one tomorrow/get some updated pics once …

This recipe uses the full amount of lemonade concentrate, and will make 16 popsicles that are 90mL each. I used 2.5 grams per popsicle. There was some transfer loss which will effect dosing somewhat, but it felt consistent with previous similar doses

360mL frozen lemonade concentrate(1 can)
3x the volume of lemonade of hot water(less water = more sour) - for this case use 1080mL
strawberries/fruit to taste
Fungus, 16 doses worth

1. Heat water to boiling, remove from heat and add fungus(preferably coarsely ground). Allow to steep 10-20 minutes
2. Strain water with a mesh strainer, then filter through coffee filter paper
3. Allow water to cool to room temp
4. Add Lemonade mix, shroom water, and fruit to a blender, blend until fruit is coarsely broken down and ingredients are mixed
5. Fill tubes, the ones I used are approximately 90mL each. Optionally, impulse seal the ends.
6. Freeze

I just want to say, lemon tek is the most legit earth shattering experience ive had. 5g PE ground to a flour… steeped in fresh lemon juice for 20 minutes… drank like a shot.
