if u dont know who this guy is then ur missing out. he not cannabis specific but hes built supercritical co2 extraction, high vaccum setups, electron microscope and spectrophotometer in his garage. so if u want get a could understanding of the mechanics of these kinds of systems this is a good reference.
the only difference between a thermocouple gauge and a parini sensor is that the parini uses two heaters with one exposed and one isolated but that complexity doesnt make it any harder to work with cause it just puts out a differential signal
