I have a 100 gram slab of color remediated outdoor
Hawaiian Haze.
Grown In weaverville N.C.
This is a stable and shatter extract.
I will gladly send more pics or videos for proof

$10/g or I could sell the whole thing.
Contact me on IG or just stop by and look at some of my pours. @AshevilleExtracts

Wouldn’t you want end users to see this? Honest question. I’d be happy to put it on my online store.

Yes I also have packaged 1 gram and half grams that I need the masses to see.

Looks good, color wise, for outdoor.

It was extracted and analyzed on the same day, however?

I’m not familiar with the tests, but it says isobutane is detected at greater than 2000ppm? The detectable range goes up to 2000 and it says greater than?

Also, from the pic, it kinda looks unfinished as well, and idk if im reading that result properly?

The tag above the slab says 9/6
The lab is from 9/16
Yes the PPM for butane is a little high
It has sat now for over a month I would venture to say that number has gone way down.
Thanks for having a good and looking closely at things.

When you say unfinished what do you mean please say more.

It’s hot so he can only sell the another manufacturer for remediation.

From the picture you posted, it looks “porous”, if you will. Bubbles seem to be present.

It should look like a flat, glossy, clear sheet.

It seems as if it was pulled to vac, and left with no heat, while still at vac. They turn into hard bubblesheets with a similar look to what you posted.
My guess is it was ran, put in oven, pulled to vac 1x overnight with oven shut off, then taken out in the morning.
The test results and pics you posted support this theory/similar.

Ya no offense but that shit looks whack.
Was it not dewaxed?

No dewax was done. Cbda is very sappy
It is difficult to get a glass and shatter slab
Every time. This is why is go more for the crumble texture.

I usually pour a slab and then let it set in the oven over night at 83.7 deg.
Then in the am I pull a full vac on it. At the same temp.
You are suggesting using a higher temp in my oven. ?

I think if you pulled a higher temp you would be able to get your solvent levels much lower. I start my purge at 90f and try to finish under 104 depending on the looks and bubbles. 83f and all my slabs would just sugar out.

I am afraid to go much warmer in fear of my thc delta9 going above .3.
Most of the time my thc D9 is at .25 and that is to close for comfort.
Laws are hard to work with when making shatter from hemp.

Do you always pull a full vac or sometime do you just do a partial vac. ?

Always pull full vac. I don’t have to worry about compliance nor mess with hemp but have you tried to pull a higher full vac on a slab you know that passed and then failed after purging right?

We wanna see it shatter @AshevilleExtracts

So many ways to fix it,

  1. Higher temps & vac
  2. You can really crc & do another tfree filtration to remove that d8or d9 your case d9
  3. Nitrogen backfill your vac oven to get lower bp of solvent in that atmosphere ergo cleaner lo0king slabs

Nitrogen backfill doesnt change bp does it?
It just makes it not oxydize or muffin i thought

Idk if that link copied right but yeah here’s another thread with

But having a inert atmosphere means not as much heat needed to bring to pressure

It has been difficult to get cbda to shatter
I am trying though I want that to it’s hard to gram up a loose slab. That is why I have been going with a more crumble texture.
