I have a 100 gram slab of color remediated outdoor
Hawaiian Haze.
Grown In weaverville N.C.
This is a stable and shatter extract.
I will gladly send more pics or videos for proof
It was extracted and analyzed on the same day, however?
I’m not familiar with the tests, but it says isobutane is detected at greater than 2000ppm? The detectable range goes up to 2000 and it says greater than?
Also, from the pic, it kinda looks unfinished as well, and idk if im reading that result properly?
The tag above the slab says 9/6
The lab is from 9/16
Yes the PPM for butane is a little high
It has sat now for over a month I would venture to say that number has gone way down.
Thanks for having a good and looking closely at things.
From the picture you posted, it looks “porous”, if you will. Bubbles seem to be present.
It should look like a flat, glossy, clear sheet.
It seems as if it was pulled to vac, and left with no heat, while still at vac. They turn into hard bubblesheets with a similar look to what you posted.
My guess is it was ran, put in oven, pulled to vac 1x overnight with oven shut off, then taken out in the morning.
The test results and pics you posted support this theory/similar.
I usually pour a slab and then let it set in the oven over night at 83.7 deg.
Then in the am I pull a full vac on it. At the same temp.
You are suggesting using a higher temp in my oven. ?
I think if you pulled a higher temp you would be able to get your solvent levels much lower. I start my purge at 90f and try to finish under 104 depending on the looks and bubbles. 83f and all my slabs would just sugar out.
I am afraid to go much warmer in fear of my thc delta9 going above .3.
Most of the time my thc D9 is at .25 and that is to close for comfort.
Laws are hard to work with when making shatter from hemp.
Always pull full vac. I don’t have to worry about compliance nor mess with hemp but have you tried to pull a higher full vac on a slab you know that passed and then failed after purging right?
It has been difficult to get cbda to shatter
I am trying though I want that to it’s hard to gram up a loose slab. That is why I have been going with a more crumble texture.
