Pink bho?

I’ve seen this done before. Guy on Instagram presses this stuff for a living. Took him 43 minutes to press out THCA isolate that was purple, clear and looked damn good.

And it all chases back to what most said bout the original blue. If us using a plants own pigments to make diff colored diamonds did we really “figure it out.” or did the people who discovered/named/classified the pigments do so? - along with those who taught us that running cold reduces these colors so yes obviously running warm will do the opposite.

Imagine if we were doing this years before the discovery of the pigments. i bet we’d come back to these pages after their discovery with nothing but nonsense being spoken here like the old weed forum days.

Not like every other industry that greatly isolates a product doesnt manipulate its look, even farm grown salmon isnt the same color as wild caught and is “dyed” to produce a more “aesthetic” product

This was what I came across. I had a theory my ph maybe the cause. but not have had the time to test this out. Material was a pesticide remediation. Done with magsil and water washes.

After wash> but before magsil<

After 2ed pass>

I saw purple distillate years ago done by anonextractors I think on insta, probably got deleted by now, and they claimed pH imbalance

Water clear would turn purple due to ph

They did say it was 97%+ at that time, so maybe their water clear had pH issues

I think even 99%

Don’t quote me, this is from like 3 years ago i saw these guys on Instagram and i looked em up and nothing

Temperature effects molecular interactions.

That what sticks when cold may not (did not) stick when warm.

OR chromatography.

What’s your hypotheses?

Considering the only parameters I can think that changed was residency time and temp, I’m leaning towards the later. Longer residency times in sorbents seemed to produce clearer results in general

Appreciate you helping me understand, didn’t mean to come off as a know it all. Check my profile I’ve read a lot of what you’ve posted and am very grateful you are generous with the knowledge.
