I tried d8 converted from cbd and it didnt do much for me, took me 10-15 hits to feel something. D8 converted from thc though is very relaxing

Citric acid produced a very low conversion rate from the test I’ve seen

You should be getting near 99% return by weight and above 90% THC.

I’d love to figure out the ether and hcl conversion like your doing but a little nervous to play around with more dangerous chems.

I’ve gotten ND for cbd using citric acid. Full isomerization.

Full isomerization with citric acid to d8 or d9?

Also was it from cbd distillate or cbd isolate as starting material?

I have around 12:1 ratio d9/d8. My sop has been repeated by trustworthy user too.

Best ratio I’ve seen, what was the potency though?

I got like 82-83%. The actual chemist got 87% I think.

That’s where I need to be! My best is 1:1.

Efficiency is 80%-95% by weight.

Total Cannabinoids or d9?

Total Conversion of cannabinoids.

Sounds like t41?

My best so far has been 5:1 D9:D8 using cbd isolate with a 80% return by weight but I’ve found it much easier to get around 2:1 with cbd distillate and a slightly different process, however I only get 70% return by weight this way.

I still don’t have exact yield numbers on cbd to D8 with less than .3% D9 yet but will be doing some side by side trials with both cbd isolate and distillate in the coming weeks.

This thread was really more of an interest check to see if there was even a demand for this service and it’s unclear if I will even end up actually doing it or not yet.
