Yeah, sorry about that! 
We try to send out tracking numbers with all sample shipments. Due to the increased volume of sample requests after the Amped Up line launch some of the samples were sent without tracking numbers being emailed or provided by DM.

Been a customer for awhile, recently ordered your dillutent and been using your flavs for months. Would love to test the new stuff. Pretty much have switched away from True Terps

What is the best recommended storage method while not in use? Maybe I’m getting acclimated to their aroma but it smells like the samples have lost some of that ‘umph’ in my desk. Want to make sure that doesn’t happen or is mitigated in the 8oz stock I have coming today.

Exposure to oxygen, light and heat are primarily responsible for the degradation of terpenes. The best way to store terpenes is in a cool (60-65F) and dark place; preferably free of oxygen. Keeping a low head space in your containers is also important to reduce oxygen exposure. Hope this helps!

Got some of the flavors grape ape gelato and Pineapple Express didn’t expect the Pineapple Express to be the fire 
I was very pleased 
the grape ape was kool the Gelato was good but I don’t know just not my favorite flavor I guess
