New Cartridge Technology Is Ready

hey Liam, are you billing people for the samples you send out. Because I received a bill from UPS for $51.00. I’ve sent you emails trying to get this squared away and get UPS off my back. Very un cool Liam. Maybe it’s just growing pains, but I expect you to take care of this.

I didn’t get any charge for my samples.

Something funky is going on with customs I’d say.

i would just ignore it, but they are holding packages until I pay it. So I’ll probably have to pay it and deal with it after wards.

ive had UPS collections on me for the last 5-6 weeks for bills i had no clue existed. So i have this collection agent calling like once a week. Every week she says she is sending the bills in the mail… Every week i say i havent got them. So today she is kinda sharp with me asking how im gonna pay and why i havent paid. She is tired of sending me the mail and this time she is going to email me them and we are gonna settle them right now… OK i say.

I get the bills and they are to Quality Suites not Quality Stainless Parts. The addresses arent even close and the reason none of the bills came to me. We are both in deerfield and have quality in our names. These fuckers wanted me to pay 390. and 168 late fees and bothered me weekly for someone elses bills.

Lesson to all…request the bill and see what the charge is at least before blaming people…

That money isn’t going to Liam…
That’s going to UPS.

yeah, I get that. It’s a bill from UPS, not Liam.

UPS is the fucking worst with tariffs. Their brokerage services are what rip offs are made of.

Trust me…once you own a business that mainly deals in importing goods and shipping goods worldwide… you know who to deal with and with what services… I just got hit 46.10 per box on a 10x box shipment which the invoice showed $810. It was more but they dont know that.

I should have said “are you having UPS bill people”, not “are you billing people”?. To be clear, it is a bill from UPS not Liam. I should’ve worded it better.

Hi dear @so_what

I am sorry that my mails are not working properly,I see your mail. But I have to use vpn to send,(China bans google no secret, and we/I have vpn set up in office and home)and I dont know which one are you here on the forum.

No,the bill doesnt come from me. I shipped out all samples free. But as we see nowadays ups/dhl are very strict, they randomly pick up parcels to inspect and that money is charged by them not me.

And as I remember, back about a month or so,upon the arrival of my samples, you mentioned this and I replied “ please check with UPS why they charge like this” and the second day, there was no reply about that topic, and you were happy about my samples. So I was thinking that you have solved this problem.

But it seems that problem remains.

Please note that I have forwarded your issue to our logistic team.

Not sure what else should I say about this Mr. ,you have my respects,as always.
But Ups/dhl somehow is bigger than Liam :worried:

I had a few samples and all of mine had this. It’s as if the oil is refusing to go into the aperture holes…

Put room temp disty on a cotton compared to a heated disty, the comparison is uncanny

it’s unlike anything I’ve seen with other hardware…happened with the ispire disposables and fat cart tanks I had

@Liam84 If you are still sending out samples, we sell cartridges that run a bit higher on terpene content (~8-10% pure cannabis derived terpenes) and are exploring new options for our 2021 lineup. Would be interested to see what your hardware can do with our product.

I’ve got some on hand. These are legit. I’m puffing on one today for the first time.

Both my carts I filled were decarbed diamonds with a small amount of HTE added. In the next few days, I’m going to load up 50/50 decarbed diamonds/ HTE and see how they do.

Good to hear. We’ve got some super fire Death Star sauce right now (from the homies @midsfactory) that I would love to try out in them.

I have some of the thick diameter carts , set flow & adjustable, so far the i didn’t have a issue with the coil soaking as I said above warming both disty & cart will allow it to flow through the “coil barrier” hole inlet, I’ll have to look again but it think these are 2.0-3.0mm

The same thing happened to mine. The oil refused to cover the aperture holes. I took a couple apart cause I felt there was an edge preventing the oil from covering unless the oil is very warm and more mobile. I was advised to warm carts. I had everything warmed, and it still happened though. Aren’t the holes 2.8mm?

mine became apparent as the cart neared completion. It was hitting like a champ and I honestly have nothing bad to say about the carts other than it looks weird at the end
