Si nos das todo la informacion podemos ver que hace falta
Por tema del spd lo que es muy importante es el Bomba del vacío

El crudo lo obtuve en USA, hice dos winterizados, uno 5:1 y otro 10:1, los dejé en el congelador y pretendo filtrarlos hoy y después destilar, iniciando a 50 grados en la mantilla con el chiller a 0 grados, subir gradualmente la temperatura de la mantilla hasta llegar a 200 grados C y también subir la temperatura del chiller hasta 50 grados C
Que opinas??

Im about to run my very first distillation, i have a 2L short path, with a chiller…
Last night prepared the crude with ethanol, made 2, 1 in a 10:1 ratio and a second one with a 5:1 ratio, put em in the freezer at -8 degrees celsius, tonight after filtration i am planning on using the short path, starting at 50 degrees celsius in the mantle, and zero degrees in the chiller…
Then i assume on rising the mantle temperature to a 100 degrees celsius and the to 150 until i get to 180-200 aproximatly and the chiller to a 50 degrees celsius, does that seems correct to you???
Buena amigo, después que hagas el winterization tienes que recuperar el etanol de el crude. Que bomba de vacío tienes para el sistema?
No es una comercial, pero es de 1.5hp, bastante potente…
before you jump into the main distillation you want to see what vacuum your system can hold if you haven’t already tested it.

El winterizing si lo estás haciendo en uña congelador normal -18C
Tienes que dejar lo lo mínimo de 2 días 48 horas para los waxes y grasas salen del solución si lo hace más frío tardará menos tiempo

your going to need a vacuum monitor if you don’t already have one, or else you are going to be having alot of un neccessary headaches. something like this there are also do-it-yourself monitor plans on this site although those may be a little advanced if you are not into computing
