Totally forgot to take pics when I was at the shop last week. Here’s what I’m working with:
I tried calling Savage, but I believe their phone system got misconfigured when they switched it back on after the holidays as it says “call may be recorded for quality purposes” and then silent afterwards. Can’t even dial an extension.

So after getting ahold of a Savage rep, it turns out that fitting is an I-Line Sanitary Fitting. They want 660$ for a butterfly valve that just has a tube on the end rather than a flange. I will just be getting an adapter and a triclamp butterfly valve instead of the expensive ass i-line standard.
