The coils (not the ones in the columns) will be for recovery, and the right side will have 3-way ball valves so I can use that one for injection as well.

As soon as this fab shop gets done with my āchillerā, Iāll post pictures. It wonāt be utilized on this system though, but on another, larger crude system.
But until I get my order back, Iāll explain a little in detailā¦
Itās basically a 1/2ā cooling coil (its 42ā long x 8ā wide) and one outlet goes to the March ethanol pump, which delivers to the process. The other inlet, is hard-lined into a tri-clamp 3ā sight glass, which on top has a 30PSI swagelok PRV and gauge, and then hard lined coming from the process. It fits inside a 12ā x 48ā tri-clamp column. If my paperwork is correct, it should work well.

Yes, the sight glass will allow you to keep track of any solvent loss. Doing it this way, will make sure no atmospheric water will condense into the pure ethanol reservoir, which will make sure no ice build up leading to imploding tanks.

Getting last minute tubing done before the move. Installed 2ā black plastic square tubing end caps for safety. Bolt on heat exchanger set up to get in and out of tight doors. Should be completely done with all tubing tomorrow, and The Derrick will be planted inside Oklahoma to begin Fracking immediately.

Fantastic work! You gotta learn to tig weld that tube, I canāt imagine hard piping a 1"+ system any other way lol, those ferrules are huge. Save a shitload of parts cost too
