It’s someone they hired to do SEO/backlinks/YouTube ranking shenanigans to game the algorithms. Most likely from another country. Pretty common. Just rare for you to see on frequently trafficked message boards because it’s always removed as spam. On the short term it doesn’t affect a number of ranking metrics if the post gets removed by a moderator so it’s incentivized to just spam wherever you can get away with at first for short term ranking boosts.
They don’t reply because they’re not paid to do that. They just dump X number of links/guest posts and move on.
