Mixed flavor gummies

Anyone here ever experiment with mixed flavor gummies? Like 2 different colors per gummy with 2 different flavors in one.

If so share your experiences.

I want to dabble in this

you can do a half pour and pour another flavor on top for a two layer flavor.

or you could do smaller gummy and put that smaller gummy in a larger mold and pour your next batch on that to kind of encapsulate it all except the bottom.

the second sounds like way more work than its worth but you can take it or leave it.

I like @MillerliteRN suggestion lol

Deposit 50% of your mold volume in Flavor A - then let set in molds as you normally would or for at least a half hour. Then QS the rest with Flavor B and let set.

But that won’t give you the tye dye of the mix.

I’ve found that freezing the bottom layer helps them not blending when you porn on the top layer

What method did you use? Looks like a nice clean separation.

Gonna get better pics here in a min and just letting the mango sit for 10 minutes then microwaving my leftover syringe of gummy to liquify.

Topped the mango ones off with said liquified grape syringe

My gummies mix pretty well with distillate too
I may switch to liquid lecithin though

Who here is good at math? Need help trying to find my ratio of ingredients to my recipe

As I’m expanding onto a new flavor and the current flavor is 85g of flavor mix a box and this one is 111.8, the math for 2 boxes of current flavors, “Flavor A”, is 170g, “Flavor B” new flavor, is 111.8x2=223.6g(53.6g difference)

I have all my Flavor A ingredients weighed out except for corn syrup, dont wanna waste it as I already made a batch so cant weight it rn

Flavor A ingredients:
Flavor Mix: 170g
Unflavored Gel: 33.6g(on average)
Citric acid: 8g
Soy Lecithin: 6.7g
Water: 154.8g(2/3cup)
Corn syrup: 1/2 cup

I did my math and came out to maybe doing .3x(x) amount of gummy mix, i.e. 8.00x.3=2.4 so add 2.4g more of citric acid wanted to ask the experts opinions

My math was correct. Came out the same

Watermelon & Green Apple. Taste awesome
