Medical Marijuana Friendly Landlord in Michigan

@WeedThePeople This.

You can legally grow in MI if you are over 21. Your landlord can legally kick you out for growing or putting their property at risk. If you can afford the extra rental cost with a 420 friendly landlord, you can probably afford the down payment on a house that is more safe.

Interested if you still have any available properties in Michigan!!!

Let me know !!!

Get something industrial like an old auto place under 1k square ft and live in a cheap apt nearby.

This is the way

Sheet, I’ll rent my house out and move. 1700/mo, 1st/last/2500 security deposit. Its setup for a grow in the basement. I just left the rooms and wiring up when I moved my grow to my building.

The house needs nothing. New (within 1yr) ac/heat, roof, all contrete was raised/leveled, new deck), wired for cable in all rooms. 6" vinyl privacy fence 3yr old, 2 car attached garage, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, family, living, kitchen, plus a 30x30 built onto the house room with wall to wall windows. Hardwood floors throughout, premium elite kitchen, lg premium washer/dryer, 5 zone sprinkler system outside. Or buy outright for 210k

Damn, property must be cheap there. That’s pretty fair. How much land is it on?

Something like that here, even on a City lot would be 300-400k (or more), only got this way in the last 7 years.

It’s in a great safe neighborhood. Comps are +/- 15k, but no house around has all the work done that our has. Also next week, 3 new premium interior doors, premium new front door and storm door, new french doors from family room to add-on room.

Newer windows, tile, lighting.

There is a huge shortage of housing and property in W/SW MI. I would look on the East side or North country.
