Great work and i like your angle. I actually just hired a night shift manager with great work ethic and plenty of drive. The reason i actually hired her besides her work ethic is because she is a good mom.
@BG305 Love it! How some one parents will tell ya really all you need to know at least for the most part, I am a new dad though so maybe I should retract that statement for a few more weeks
Does any other industry have this many talented operators and no where to put them? Seems like extractors are really getting the short end of the stick when it comes to finding decent employment.
