Hi there. You’re going to want to make sure you indicate that you are a licensed operator and which state you are working in. You’re probably also going to want to let other people know that you are only looking for licensed cannabis for your specific state.
Looking for flower that is NOT HEMP, people don’t usually call THC-a flower. Not sure what you are trying to do here, but it the boys are already shaking you out of your tree. You may need to do some reading to understand what you are asking for and just where you think you are asking.
We don’t take kindly to these kinds of requests - as you can probably already see. That doesn’t mean people don’t want to be helpful… we are supremely helpful. And occasionally even even hand out

If the specified testing didn’t explicitly state “post-decarboxylation”, you’d be right on the flowers too.
If you wish to stick your head in that loophole, by all means, just don’t be surprised if it snaps shut on you all of a sudden.
