Looking for thc-a flower

“All laboratories engaged in the testing of hemp through this interim period will be subject to the same compliance requirements of the IFR. Specifically, labs must adhere to the standards of performance as outlined within the IFR, including the requirement to test for total THC employing post-decarboxylation or other similarly reliable methods. All labs will have to make arrangements to be compliant with registration requirements before this period of delayed enforcement expires. DEA will evaluate all applications using the criteria required by the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. § 823(f)).”

However, it is our problem the YOU are misinformed.

unless you state your location (and it’s not a “total thc” state) you are asking folks to perform an illegal act.

Which is against community guidelines.

The federal rules state “total THC” (post decarb) based testing , but gave states & tribes the ability to legislate otherwise. Very few have.

If you happen to be in Tennessee, you’re good, but asking folks from anywhere else to ship that shit is asking for trouble.

No skin off my nose to flag your post as “asking for drugs” and move on.

Would you like to see the testing? Have you actually looked into the product? Have you done testing? I have. Not only do I get the growers pre-and post, actually two post tests. I do my own testing as well

So if other states haven’t made any guidelines. We fall back to the federal guidelines. Which this is legal under. I don’t understand what we’re arguing here?

As in you’re running your own samples? or third party?

Third party only. I don’t have that capability

I wish you luck in your publicly announced attempt at federal crimes

Ha! You’re a funny guy. I’m sure you were saying the same things when people were first buying liters of D9 hemp distillate. Some people just aren’t happy if they’re not commenting on other peoples posts. Show me some proof where it’s illegal. Do some research first, bring facts. And then I’ll continue this with you

What I’m trying to do, is purchase a product that is legal under federal law. It’s not a difficult concept to wrap your head around. My growers do pre-and post testing. And I do third-party testing after received. You guys are worse than a sewing crew

You seem pretty confident. Why don’t you call your local DEA office and inform them of your plans?

I sell this on all of my websites. I’m not hiding from anyone. Just because you say something, doesn’t make it factual. And just because you assume, doesn’t mean you’re correct.

can we get a link to ure website?

that goes both ways…

good luck.

And just because you quote some marijuana lawyer’s opinion doesn’t mean the DEA won’t arrest you if you come up on their radar. See how I screenshotted the Federal(!!) guideline? Have fun arguing in federal court that “THCA” “hemp” is legal lol

I’m sure that lawyer you quoted will have fun cashing checks from you until you’re too broke to go on and are forced to plea out on federal trafficking charges.
