Currently looking for options/ideas on small to medium scale seed sorters. Needs to be able to separate dead from viable hemp seeds.

Yeah, I’ve been using the one in the design. Works fairly well. Was just wondering if anything better or larger was out there

I have pimped this same design to a torin 2400m3 motor and the whole thing is one sheet of plywood
The unit is 26cm thick internal and the inlet hole for the funnel where the biomass is dropped in is 15cm diameter
It works well

Built it, yeah I’ve been doing up to 6 passes. It gets it about 90%+ clean

Im assuming deseeders work similar to grain processors that remove husk from wheat or am i completely off base?
