Looking for feedback on iKrusher 2ml ( 2gram ) disposables

I’m looking to gather some updated feedback from anyone who has experience using 2ml iKrusher disposable devices.

We are currently evaluating hardware options for our brand, and while we had some challenges with iKrusher devices back in 2021, I understand their product line may have improved since then.

If you’ve used their 2ml disposables recently, I’d appreciate hearing about your experience, including overall performance, reliability, and any specific models you would recommend.

Additionally, if you have any data or insight on failure rates (DOA units, clogging, burn issues, etc.), that would be extremely helpful as we evaluate long-term consistency.

To be honest, I thought you were an ikrusher employee looking for the internet to do their job for them. All carts from all manufacturers have gotten “better” over the past 5 years, for the most part. Ikrusher is a “discount” brand and is in a very competitive market with extreme price compression. They have no state-side QC/QA or testing lab. That’s your job if you buy from discount brands. Failure rates, clogging, burning.. etc. You’ll have to do all that work.

It looks like your brand is in Ohio. Stick with CCells as they dominate that market and have far lower failure rates and better performance than Ikrusher. Not trying to shill- but they do have state-side labs that can evaluate media compatibility. You’ll have to pay a premium on a product that is tested and will work.

terrible they all clog towards the end

I rarely get any complaints of this. I guess the bar is just really low in my market.

I have noticed iKrusher offers a variety of sizes of aperture holes. Make sure to get a compatible size for your oil or you’re gonna get burned hard

You see, this is the problem with our industry. Most business owners don’t have the background knowledge, credentials, or time to deal with the nuances of matching hardware to media. Take your example about aperture holes. That’s going to require either: 1) A deep knowledge of fluid dynamics and viscosity changes at different temperatures. 2) Brute-force testing.
Also, thermodynamic and electrical knowledge is required. Oh yeah, material science too!
Sounds like a great use of time for a business owner in between handling… you know… a business. If they are willing to put a nerd on payroll who has the time to do all that, go for it! Otherwise, I advise paying for better hardware.

I am that nerd. I have never had a bad experience with ikrusher hardware, nor have I recieved complaints.

Maybe I should hire you! lol. Ive tried many different devices and hardware for liquid diamonds/distillate. They are sitting in a cold warehouse draining the battery. 5% of them are faulty by default, some have no battery, and ~10% of them clog. I have the best hardware for live rosin, Liquid diamonds and disstilate hardware I can not find.

If you’ve had issues with ikrusher, you don’t know how to fill vapes I’d gather. Or you’re cutting your mix way down and making it too liquid.

I’ve used their vona pro, vatra pro, original uzo mini and now we’re testing the uzo x because customers obviously love buttons. I’ve had zero issues.

The vona pro specifically (only 1g though) we’ve used everything from distillate with 7% terpenes by weight all the way down to just pure decarbed hash rosin and they have worked flawlessly.

IF for some reason ikrusher doesn’t have what you’re looking for in terms of hardware style, BBTank has also always been awesome and they have some cool hardware designs/tech.

I only use ther 2g uzo

Yeah we’ve never had issues with the uzo. Make sure your blend isn’t too thin or its going to cause flooding and clogging.

We’re currently testing out a hand ful of devices from different companies, iKrusher is one.

In complete contradiction from what I’ve heard from every other supplier, iKrusher told me to fill my live resin at 140F and let it sit open for 3ish minutes. This is for the brick style atomizer versions of their hardware. Our oil runs anywhere from 8-18% terps depending on strain. I am skeptical about those filling parameters, but I did it how they wanted, we’ll see what testing says. Their brick style aios I’ve tested in the past always seemed dry/hot so I’m looking forward to seeing if the filling parameters make a difference.

ive been using ikrusher uzo for at least 6-7 years. while ill get a leaky one here and there. they have been the most bulletproof AIO disposable especially in FLs heat.

that temp is a tad low and id feel with temp that low its not gonna flow to the atomizer well on rip which can and will probably burn it up. with live resin i fill closer to 160-165F and practially cap immediatly. ive never has an issue.

That seems WAY too hot to me, idk just because our oil is already pretty thin at ambient. Our other/previous aio devices and 510s respond well to a cooler fill.

i melt diamonds and add back in terps at 8%. id have an issue if i filled at 140F it would never reach the coil being that thick

Got it, yeah we decarb to ~99% THCa->THC conversion with terps insitu. I can almost draw it up in glass syringe by hand at 60F.

2 Gram Uzo’s are great. Had 0 failures in my last order of about 2000 and customers are fond of them

Anyone have reviews on the iKrusher Fissa Digi Interactive Postless AIO?
Curious about:

  • Viscosity range — what weights are you running through it successfully?
  • Leaking/clogging issues at all?
  • Flavor — how does the Flux 2.0 ceramic treat your terps?
  • The digital screen — gimmick or actually useful for end consumers?
  • Fill process — any headaches with the postless design on the line?
  • Overall consumer feedback if you’ve had product out in the market with it

As for these new ceramic dish style vapes, there is truth to letting them rest before capping. If you fill and then immediately cap what can happen is a bubble forms around the dish. Capping then creates a pressure/vacuum situation inside of the tank and keeps the bubble in place. So when someone hits it they are just dry firing the shit out of it and they get the metallic taste that comes with that.

If you’d hire me, I’d shill ccells .
Just about every manufacturer has a good model or two.
